Suffering From Fatigue

So many people suffer from fatigue. Whether it be caused by trauma, lack of sleep, etc. Since I'm inspired by natural homeopathic interventions, I want to share some information with you today.

This is what I found from my research. The following herbs, plants, and oils help with fatigue. Some are even back by research studies. 

Essential Oils

Peppermint- refresh and invigorate

Sweet Orange- helps refresh and uplift (causes photosensitivity if applied to skin)

Spearmint- multipurpose, uplifting, relaxation

Rosemary- uplifting, stimulates

Lemon- helps cleanse and calm (causes photosensitivity if applied to skin)

Bergamot -invigorates, alleviates stress

Eucalyptus- Revitalize, clarify, and invigorate

All can be found on my website, hannahbotanical.com. Remember that essential oils need to be mixed with a carrier oil such as  Almond or Olive oil if one wants to apply it to their skin. Make sure a skin test is conducted to make there is no reaction.
