**Eligibility for Returns & Refunds**  
  • Standard (Non-Custom) Items: Eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.  
  • Custom/Handmade Items: No returns or refunds are accepted due to the personalized nature of these products.  
 **Refund Process**  
  • If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method, minus shipping and handling fees.  
  • Refunds may take 30 business days to reflect in your account.  

**How to Initiate a Return**
