Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Hannah’s Botanical Garden utilizes services from the USPS to deliver items. Patrons will receive another notification once your order has shipped. Please allow an additional 7-8 days for delivery. Please note that custom pieces such as wall art that are fulfilled by Printful may take 11-15 days to be delivered as they are produced on demand.)

Hannah’s Botanical Garden only ships orders within the United States. However, we hope to expand our reach soon.

If there is an issue with your order, you will be contacted via the method that has been provided.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping
Hannah’s Botanical Garden does not currently offer international shipping.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes
Hannah’s Botanical Garden is unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide an alternate address for delivery. Most Post Offices will provide customers that own a P.O. Box with an alternate street address to receive parcels.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Hannah’s Botanical Garden does not provide refunds. However, exchanges or store credits may be provided.

We accept exchanges up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will exchange the full order with one of similar or equal quality.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
